General Terms and Conditions

✧ STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE ORDER CONFIRMATION (OC) IS SENT. 50% value of the claimed item/s must be paid as your cancellation fee.
✧ Any amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
✧ FOR PEOPLE WITH DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP), a late payment fee will be added for ₱25.00/day if not settled within the due deadline.
✧ Unclaimed item/s after a month will result to DISPOSAL OR WILL BE SOLD TO ANOTHER CLAIMER.
✧ THE PARCELS ARE GUARANTEED SECURELY PACKED. I shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by courier mishandling.
✧ CONFIDENTIALITY OF BUYER-SELLER MUST BE FOLLOWED. All information shared between two parties (you & me) must not be shared with other people. This is accordance to the Republic Act 10173 - "Data Privacy Act of 2012".
✧ All data information submitted to the seller will be deleted once transaction is complete.
✧ GHOST BUYERS SHALL NOT BE TOLERATED. Practice good manners and right conduct. A simple decline and thank you to the seller would suffice rather leaving her unanswered.
✧ Return/Exchange/Refund of items will only be entertained if the seller sent the wrong/damaged item/s. (FOR ONHAND ITEMS)

✧ There’s no fixed rates for pasabuy/pasecure. Better if the buyer will send the link of the item to give them the all price of the item/s.
✧ All in price includes isf, bank transfer fee, kr to kr sf and service fee. Local shipping and packaging fee is not included, this will be paid once the item/s is already onhand by the seller.
✧ Always PAYO to secure.
